Misconduct Policy Purpose: Skill-ed Kindergarten School is committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for our students, staff, and community. This Misconduct Policy outlines our expectations for behavior, defines various forms of misconduct, and establishes procedures for addressing and rectifying misconduct when it occurs.

Scope: This policy applies to all students, employees, volunteers, contractors, and visitors associated with Skill-ed Kindergarten School.

Definition of Misconduct Policy: Misconduct refers to any behavior, action, or communication that violates the established rules, code of conduct, or ethical standards of Skill-ed Kindergarten School. Misconduct includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Physical Misconduct: Any form of physical harm, abuse, or violence towards another person within the school premises.

  2. Verbal and Psychological Misconduct: Harassment, bullying, verbal abuse, or intimidation that creates a hostile or offensive environment.

  3. Sexual Misconduct: Any form of unwelcome sexual advances, harassment, or inappropriate behavior.

  4. Academic Misconduct: Cheating, plagiarism, or any form of dishonesty related to academic work.

  5. Theft or Vandalism: Stealing, unauthorized possession, or intentional damage to school property or personal belongings.

  6. Substance Abuse: Unauthorized possession or use of alcohol, drugs, or any controlled substances on school premises.

Reporting Misconduct: Anyone who becomes aware of misconduct at Skill-ed Kindergarten School is encouraged to report it immediately to a designated school authority, such as a teacher, administrator, or the school principal. Reports can be made in writing or verbally, and anonymity will be respected if requested.

Investigation and Resolution: Upon receiving a report of misconduct, Skill-ed Kindergarten School will conduct a prompt and thorough investigation. This may involve interviews, gathering evidence, and collaboration with appropriate authorities if required. The goal is to determine the facts, assess the situation, and take appropriate action.
